隨著市場的發(fā)展，酒店也因為目標(biāo)客戶的細(xì)化而越來越細(xì)致，有一類設(shè)計型酒店，以標(biāo)新立異的風(fēng)格吸引人們打卡。HITEL是一家小型設(shè)計酒店，位于廈門一個新興文創(chuàng)區(qū)（原為1980年代建成的廈門華美卷煙廠廠房）。設(shè)計委托方希望在預(yù)算范疇內(nèi)，除了滿足酒店功能外，增加公共活動空間和趣味性，且與這些年興起的設(shè)計酒店風(fēng)格有所區(qū)分。下面就跟隨專業(yè)精品酒店設(shè)計公司勃朗設(shè)計小編一起去欣賞吧！

 With the development of the market, hotels are becoming more and more meticulous due to the refinement of the target customers. There is a kind of design hotel, which attracts people to punch in with innovative style. Hitel is a small design hotel located in a new cultural and creative area in Xiamen (formerly the factory building of Xiamen Huamei cigarette factory built in 1980s). In addition to meeting the hotel's functions, the design client hopes to increase the public activity space and interest within the budget scope, and distinguish it from the design hotel style rising in these years. 因前身是華美卷煙廠接待中心，HITEL原本的格局是按照工廠接待中心的功能需求來設(shè)置的，將其改造成酒店需要面對如內(nèi)部動線單一或采光不足等實(shí)際問題。但它本身也提供了很多想象空間，初次勘場時我們發(fā)現(xiàn)內(nèi)部仍留有一些大型管道，內(nèi)部空間像一個廢棄實(shí)驗室，由一個圓柱體和一個立方體構(gòu)成的外立面則有種上世紀(jì)八九十年代科幻電影里的不真實(shí)置景感，所以我們在最初酒店設(shè)計時就設(shè)想如何進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)這種不真實(shí)感。 

Because the former is the reception center of Huamei cigarette factory, hitel's original pattern is set according to the functional requirements of the reception center of the factory, and it needs to face practical problems such as single internal moving line or insufficient lighting when transforming it into a hotel. But it also provides a lot of imagination space. During the initial exploration, we found that there are still some large-scale pipes inside. The interior space is like an abandoned laboratory. The facade composed of a cylinder and a cube has the unrealistic sense of setting in the 1980s and 1990s sci-fi movies. Therefore, in the initial design of the hotel, we imagined how to further enhance this kind of unreality Realism. 

設(shè)計師在建筑內(nèi)部插入了16根最大直徑大于1000cm的管道，其中有部分管道貫通所有樓層，對這個建筑進(jìn)行了最大程度的非結(jié)構(gòu)性的破壞。一方面，這些管道把光線導(dǎo)入房間內(nèi)部，解決了每層中部無窗客房的采光問題；另一方面它們是對常規(guī)空間邏輯的一種破壞，造成了一些次要動線上的障礙和游戲感。也因此，運(yùn)用了可觀數(shù)量的鋁板和熒光涂層的HITEL除了真實(shí)地提供舒適環(huán)境，也造成了一種Low-Fi未來的不真實(shí)場景感。

The designer has inserted 16 pipes with a maximum diameter of more than 1000 cm into the building, some of which run through all floors, causing the most non structural damage to the building. On the one hand, these pipes lead the light into the interior of the room, which solves the lighting problem of windowless rooms in the middle of each floor; on the other hand, they are a kind of damage to the conventional space logic, causing some obstacles and sense of play on the secondary dynamic line. As a result, hitel, which uses a considerable number of aluminum plates and fluorescent coatings, not only provides a real comfortable environment, but also creates an unrealistic sense of the future of low fi.
